Active Mirror software is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software under the terms of that license.
No Warranty: The software is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall N1 Intelligence be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
The Identity Generator (id.activemirror.ai) creates identity files locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your identity data.
You are responsible for how you use generated identity files and any AI systems you configure with them.
We offer AI security advisory services including architecture review, threat modeling, and red-team testing.
Advisory Only: Our services are informational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee security outcomes, compliance certification, or protection against all threats.
Not a Certified Auditor: N1 Intelligence is not a certified compliance auditor. Our assessments do not constitute SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or other formal compliance audits or certifications.
Authorization Required: Red-team testing and security assessments are conducted only on systems you own or have written authorization to test.
Confidentiality: We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Open Source: Active Mirror software is released under the MIT License. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely under that license.
Trademarks: "Active Mirror", "MirrorDNA", "Active MirrorOS", and the ⟡ glyph are trademarks of N1 Intelligence (OPC) Pvt Ltd. You may not use these marks in ways that suggest endorsement without permission.
Your Content: Any identity files you create belong to you. We claim no ownership over content you generate using our tools.
You agree not to use our software or services to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, N1 Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless N1 Intelligence from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our software or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Goa, India.
